Blank Restaurant offer a hyper seasonal Tasting Experience, entirely sourced from the finest produce from the finest farms and suppliers across Ireland. They prefer not to disclose what their dishes contain until they reach the table, so each course is a surprise.
Blank Restaurant work with suppliers, farmers and growers, large and small, from all provinces of Ireland and they've made a promise that Blank's menus only use produce from this island, unless, in exceptional circumstances, it is fundamental to the dish and is not produced here.
At Blank carefully selected wine pairings are also on offer, as well as specially curated cocktails by Blank's talented mixologists. Their wine pairing reflects their love for exceptional wine, Blank put a lot of time and effort into picking wines that don’t only compliment the dishes but complete them with the flavour profile. Similarly, to a Blank food experience they please ask that you trust their wine choices. Blank aim to provide the highest level of service but without the pretence. They want you to have fun, and they want to make it personal. Each one of Blank's sommeliers have their own personality, they don’t just read notes of a paper and so every experience you’ll have with them with will have its own charm. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know your Cabernet from your Carignan. In fact, that’s even more exciting for them because they then get to act as your guide and hopefully share something new.
