It is situated in a stunning listed building in the revitalised Gasworks area, just a short, 10min walk into Belfast City Centre.  We offer a selection of baking & decorating classes for children and adults – giving them a fun experience in a relaxed environment – perfect for those wanting to get into baking or improve skills.

Our premises can hold up to 12 bakers at any one time and our classes are fully supportive so no matter what your level of baking, from beginner to pro, we will look after you and ensure you have a great time.

We offer a wide range of classes, from cupcake making and decoration, to icing cookies, cake pops and stacking & decorating cakes – new classes are added to our website each week.

Along with our class schedule - which you can see on our website, we also cater for group bookings and children parties, plus hampers and gifts for special occasions.

You’ll be well looked after by Chef Ffi, who has 10 years’ experience in the wedding cake field and also professionally trained at Le Cordon Bleu, London.   A passionate baker since an early age she is keen to share her knowledge and share her love of baking & decorating.
