Christmas Cake Baking and Decorating Workshop

Enjoy a delightful, hands-on cake baking and decorating event hosted by Bronagh at the Bakehouse NI Cookery School in Bellaghy. This intimate class is designed for a small group, ensuring plenty of personal guidance and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for all skill levels, this session is a wonderful opportunity to learn new techniques or refine your baking skills.

During the class, you’ll make your own cake completely from scratch, which you can take home and nourish with brandy over the coming weeks, making it extra special for Christmas. In addition, you’ll have the chance to decorate a pre-baked and pre-brandy-fed cake, creating a beautiful, festive treat.

Everything you need is provided, including recipes, ingredients, and all necessary decorating tools and equipment. A light lunch will be served, along with refreshments available throughout the day to keep you energised.
