Easter Cup Cake Class – Fondant & Piping Styles

A really fun class where they'll bring out all the tools to create this truly stunning collection of seasonal cupcakes.

Each baker will be given 12 pre-baked vanilla Baker & Chef cupcakes ready to decorate.

Using a multitude of piping tips they'll show you how to pipe using their signature buttercream, creating gorgeous patterns and styles - all in the colour palette of your choice. You'll be able to practice first and they'll be there to guide you through at every stage.

You'll also use fondant, learning how to to colour it to create stylish ombre and marble designs, and use seasonal embossers and fondant moulds to give that Easter feel.

Finally completing the look with gold writing, glitters, mini Easter eggs and the sprinkles of your choice.

A really fun and enjoyable class which can be enjoyed by most ages.

Their scrumptious vanilla sponge recipe will also be shared.
