The Linen House is an award winning multi-venue complex composed of Sweet Afton Bar & Kitchen, The Perch Rooftop Bar, Franklins Sports Bar and Rita’s Cocktail Bar.

Located in The Linen Quarter of Belfast, The Linen House is known as a historic and iconic building and home to some of Belfast’s greatest bars. The venues offer a range of seasonal food and drink menus alongside the best of local entertainment in Belfast.

Starting off with Sweet Afton Bar & Kitchen known as the heart of Linen House, open 7 days a week and winner of the Irish Restaurant Awards’ gastropub of the year in 2019, offers an all-day menu whilst showing all the latest sporting fixtures across the venue especially rugby. Loved also for its cocktail offering, Sweet Afton offers an extensive drinks list including local and international wines and spirits. You can also avail of their pre-theatre menu from Monday to Thursday with 2 course, 3 course and wine offerings.

Next is their cosy cocktail bar, Rita’s Cocktail Bar which plays homage to the life of a 1940’s ‘It Girl’ Rita with lavish interior and a roaring fire. Rita offers a carefully concocted cocktail menu created by some of the leading mixologists aka ‘Rita’s boys’. In addition to a variety of seasonal and pop up cocktail menus, Rita’s boasts an extensive selection of spirits and caters for every manner of drinks connoisseur. You won’t be disappointed.

The Perch Rooftop Bar, one of the first of its kind in Belfast and winner of the coveted ‘Best Outdoor Space’ award at the 2019 LCN Awards is an open top rooftop bar located on the fifth floor of the Linen House building. In honour of the bar’s name, The Perch is decorated with an assortment of brightly coloured hanging birdcages and a beautiful central bar overlooking the sights of Belfast. With two distinctive seasonal menus (Summer & Winter) The Perch switches from a summer rooftop bar with Frosé and summer cocktails during the summer months and hot drinks, blankets and cosy fairy lights in the winter. If you want a new picture for the gram, this is the place to go!

Franklins Sports Bar is known as the man cave of linen house, showing a variety of sports across multiple TV’s, Franklins is most notably a hub for major sports tournaments due to its show-stopping 6.5 meter mega-screen in the centre of the venue. Sports fan can enjoy all the latest action along with a huge selection of beers, pizzas, burgers and wings.

Flaxx is an outdoor social space designed and created especially for the linen quarter. Linen House have the pleasure of providing food & drinks for any public enjoying this colourful space.
