Description
The Skainos Project is an urban regeneration project in inner East Belfast, providing shared space for community transformation and renewal.
Skainos invites you to visit the centre to experience the range of features which make Skainos Square a superior conference centre in Belfast. The accommodation has been equipped with premium quality, modern technology to suit all requirements. WiFi is available throughout the building.
The rooms are fully equipped and set within a contemporary modern energy efficient environment with ample on street parking. Every event is treated individually and professionally regardless of scale, with space arranged to suit your exact requirements.
The building uses minimum resources to the maximum effect. Heating and water services to all areas are supplied from a central plant room. A biomass boiler plant has been installed reducing carbon dioxide emissions associated with heating and hot water production while also taking advantage of load diversity across the development to increase efficiency. Solar thermal panels generate hot water for the entire building.
