Description

The Bradley Galleries are two busy and exciting art galleries showcasing the work of Irish artist Terry Bradley.

Terry Bradley is one of the most recognisable and collectable artists working in Ireland today. Terry is known the world over for his signature stylised portraits inspired by the assertive female models of Ireland and Paris, and by the ‘salt-of-the-earth’ working men of Belfast. Terry has certainly made his mark on his home town, recently collaborating with Sligo artist Friz to recreate his painting ‘Docker’s Rest’ as a giant mural at Hickson’s Point in Belfast’s booming Titanic Quarter. The mural channels Terry’s passion for the history of the city, shining a light on the dockers of Sailortown who appear as recurring characters throughout his art.

Gallery Success

Due to the great success of his Bangor gallery, in 2019 Terry launched a pop-up store in the heart of Belfast’s city centre. This proved so popular with shoppers that it has now become a gorgeous, permanent gallery space within Belfast’s Victoria Square shopping complex. Like the Bangor Bradley gallery, the Victoria Square gallery has lots to offer art lovers, including framed limited edition prints on paper and canvas, as well as beautiful one off coloured prints, canvases, limited edition signed and numbered Bradley bags, T-Shirts, hoodies and a new range of art furniture.

International Collaborations

Terry Bradley’s work has been a mainstay of the Irish art scene for many years now and collectors have seen the value of his art increase steadily. Legendary brands including Harley Davidson, ABSOLUT Vodka and Nokia have recognised the increasing appeal of Bradley’s art, and have worked with Terry to create exciting new brand collaborations.

Visit the Galleries

The Bradley Galleries are located in the heart of Belfast’s shopping district in the Victoria Square complex on the Upper Ground floor and in the nearby town of Bangor, just 20 mins away from Belfast city centre by taxi and accessible by direct train from Belfast Lanyon Place train station (formerly Belfast Central Train Station).

The galleries are spacious, inviting with interesting corners and relaxing seating areas. On show are a wide selection of Bradley limited edition prints, canvases, original art and hand embellished pieces. Also on display are a range of cushions, bespoke furniture, handbags etc. showcasing some of Terrys most famous artwork. Terry firmly believes in making art accessible for all, visitors can expect a warm and friendly welcome at both the Belfast and Bangor Bradley galleries.
