Description
Enjoy a day of hands-on activities on Saturday 1st June to celebrate the amazing nature-based research that happens at the Ulster Folk Museum!
Investigate mini-beasts close up, take identification walks guided by scientists, make nature-themed crafts, taste foraged foods and appreciate the world around you in a whole new way. Learn about their Explore: Urban Nature project and take part in a BioBlitz where you'll help the experts identify and record a range of plants and animals - contributing to real scientific records.
This is a general admission event.

Suitable for all ages, this will be a fun-filled and educational day out for the whole family.
