Description

Join Niall McKenna for an evening based on his new best seller 'What's it all about' Taste of the Land & Sea.

It’s not just about making food you’ll enjoy eating, it’s about making time you’ll enjoy having. It’s a journey across 20 years of cooking in Belfast — at Niall's first restaurant in the city, James Street South, its Bar and Grill sidekick, The Great British Menu TV show, Hadskis, Cast and Crew and now finally in his new place, Waterman. The recipes in his book are customer favourites from that time and Niall's too.

At this event you will enjoy personally selected recipes from his book to include:

  • Gin cured salmon
  • Guinness Wheaten
  • Baked oyster with 1/2 pint of Guinness
  • Mutton Stew & Champ
  • House vanilla ice cream with Yellowman

Hosted by Niall himself, you will also have the opportunity to ask Niall any questions in a Q&A session and also purchase a signed copy of his new book - What's it all about?
