Description
Tinderbox presents a dark and seductive telling of Lorca's powerful tragedy set in contemporary Ireland.
Against the shadows of the Cooley Mountains, a turmoil lurks beneath a family gathering. As Yerma and her husband navigate a family christening, their strained relationship is laid bare. Will Yerma's yearning for a child drive her to despair, or can she find a way to defy societal expectations? Experience Lorca's masterpiece of love, loss, and longing in this gripping production by the Tinderbox Theatre Company.
This production of Yerma is part of The Belfast International Arts Festival.
