Master the basics and improve your cooking skills in this practical hands-on cooking class.

You will discuss ingredients and techniques, and learn lots of skills and tips to bring your everyday cooking to a new level.

It’s hard to beat anything picked straight from the garden for freshness and taste and in this class, you will learn about what’s in season throughout the year and what to look for when buying fruit and vegetables.

Mary Anne will be demonstrating a variety of dishes from scratch. Recipes will include:

  • Roast Chicken
  • Seasonal Vegetable Soup
  • Chicken Curry
  • Selection of seasonal vegetables

This is a relaxed, informal class, you will be rolling up your sleeves to do a bit of cooking yourself and you will all sit down to a delicious lunch with the dishes cooked in the class.
