Saturdays this autumn and winter, begin your afternoon in style with a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne on arrival, and enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience guided by an expert ostrelier detailing the rich history and heritage of Irish oysters. Get hands-on with a chef-led oyster shucking demonstration, and savour a selection of fresh, pickled, baked and crispy oysters, including Carlingford's premium Louët-Feisser oyster, paired perfectly with a glass of Picpoul de Pinet. Whether you're an oyster novice, aficionado or a curious foodie, this Masterclass promises a delectable journey into the exquisite world of oysters.
