Spring Foraging Workshop at Ulster Folk Museum

Forage for seasonal plants, trees and fruit on this Spring walk around the Ulster Folk Museum on Sunday 28th April!
Take a foraging walk with food and foraging expert Clare McQuillan and discover a treasure of edible surprises in the rural landscape of Ulster Folk Museum.
Clare will show you how to identify a range of plants, trees and fruits and teach you about wild plants and their place in the homes of Ulster's history. This foraging workshop and walk will be followed by a lunch inspired by seasonal foraged ingredients.
- This is an outside, slow-paced walking event that will take place rain or shine so please wear suitable clothes and footwear
- This workshop is suitable for ages 16+
- If you have any accessibility concerns or requirements please contact info@nationalmuseumsni.org in advance
- This workshop is £30 and includes lunch and general admission to the Ulster Folk Museum.
- Menu will be suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Unfortunately other dietary requirements cannot be catered for due to the presence of allergens.
